Top 5 Trails We're Excited to Ride in 2025

One of the most common questions we get asked here at Utah Trikes is what trails we recommend people check out. Being in Utah definitely makes it easier to recommend trails, because we have so many! Today we thought we'd compose a list for you filled with some of the trails that we're excited to ride this coming riding season! This list will include a few Utah Trikes favorites and some new trails we're excited to check out this coming season. So grab your helmet and make sure you're tire pressure is all good and we dive into some of the trails we're excited to ride in 2025!

Bridal Veil Falls

The first trail on our list is Bridal Veil Falls located in Provo, Utah, only 20 minutes away from our shop in Springville! Bridal Veil Falls is a trail that we never hesitate to recommend. It's an out-and-back trail that's about 1.5 miles and takes around 30 minutes to complete.

Why Bridal Veil Falls

Besides being a great accessible trail that's perfect for the whole family; the Bridal Veil Falls trail features beautiful natural waterfalls that cascade down the side of scenic Provo Canyon. Bridal Veil Falls Park near the mouth of the canyon off of Hwy 189 has picnic tables and grills. There's also lots of grassy spots perfect for a picnic. You can even bring your furry friends on a ride with you! Please not that while dogs are allowed they most remain on a leash the whole time.

Distance: 1.5 miles

Estimated Time: 32 minutes



Little Confluence Nature Trail

Little Confluence is a 2.8 mile out-and-back trail that's located in Murray, Utah. This trail takes on average about 50 minutes to complete and it's nothing short of a little slice of heaven. This trail is open year round and even though it's usually pretty busy with hikers and people fishing, you can still find some quiet doing the less trafficked parts of the day.

Why Little Confluence

Little Confluence is a wide paved trail with plenty of space for trikes. It's surrounded by beautiful scenery! There's also plenty of nice shaded spots sure to help keep your ride comfortable during the warmer summer months. We haven't had the chance to check out this trail yet but it's definitely high on our list of trails that we want to visit this year!

Location: Murray, Utah

Distance: 2.8 miles

Estimated Time: 48 minutes






Farmington Creek Trail: Lagoon Section

Farmington Creek is an out-and-back trail located in Farmington, Utah. This trail takes about an hour and 16 minutes to complete. the trail is paved and is opened year round so you can visit and enjoy the beautiful scenery whenever you like!

Why Farmington Creek

One of the things that make this trail so special is that it features many different varieties of flora and fauna. Different visitors have reported seeing elk and buffalo while visiting this trail. There's also signs labeling different species of trees along the path.



Location: Farmington, Utah

Distance: 3.5 miles

Estimated Time: 1 hour and 16 minutes




Oquirrh Lake Long Loop

Oquirrh Lake Long Loop is a 3.2 mile long loop trail that is located in South Jordan, Utah. It's a relatively easy route that takes on average an hour to complete. The trail is popular among the birding and fishing community as well as the cycling community. March through October is thought to be the best time to visit this trail due to the lack of snow.

Why Oquirrh Lake Long Loop

This trail stands out because it's a smooth paved path that goes around a lake with a beautiful view of the mountains. There's also lots of wildlife that you'll see while on your ride. This makes this trail the perfect option if you're looking for a calm ride.


Location: South Jordan, Utah

Distance: 3.2 miles

Estimated Time: 56 minutes





Cascade Springs Interpretive Trail

Cascade Springs is a loop trail located near Midway, Utah. It's an easy route that typically around 20 minutes to complete. It's a popular area for birding and exploring so you'll be sure to lots of other people.

Why Cascade Springs

You'll be sure to see many different forms of wildlife on this trail including otters, beavers, and many different types of birds! We recommend going early if you want to avoid crowds.



Location: Midway, Utah

Distance: 0.8 miles

Estimated Time: 20 minutes
