13 years ago my neck pain got to the point where I couldn't ride my bike. After 5 seconds testing a trike I was sold. I'm 82 now and ride once a week in the warmer seasons. On the other days I walk 30 minutes. I find that the front suspension on my Ice Trike is useless and just adds unneeded extra weight. Trike riding is an important part of my staying healthy and in shape.
